Submission Guidelines

Help us keep the Chicago outdoor cinema community informed! Please review these tips before submitting your event:

• Location Details: Provide the specific park or venue name and a full address, including the zip code, to ensure your event appears accurately on our interactive map.

• Timing: Clearly state if "Showtime" refers to when activities begin or when the movie actually starts (e.g., "Activities at 7:00 PM, Movie at dusk").

• Amenities & Accessibility: Use the checkboxes to let neighbors know if restrooms, parking, or public transit are available so they can plan their trip.

• Weather Policy: Since Chicago weather is unpredictable, please include a clear rain date or cancellation policy for your attendees.

• Description: Keep your event summary to 2–3 sentences highlighting what makes your movie night special.
